We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. ```Duties```

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or registered nurses

- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories

- Assist with primary care procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, and suture removal

- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

- Assist with home care visits as needed

```Qualifications```

- Valid LPN license in Virginia

- Experience in psychiatric/mental health is a plus

- Proficient in physical examination techniques and specimen collection processing

- Basic life support (BLS) certification required

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
