We are searching for an experienced front office manager to organize and manage our hotel’s day-to-day operations and oversee guest services. You will manage the company’s procedures and guide its employees to ensure it is well-coordinated and productive. You will collaborate with the front office, housekeeping, complimentary breakfast area, and maintenance to ensure that operations are running smoothly and all budget goals are met. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing a team, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. This is a hands on position and will be involved in all roles of operations. Front Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Create and implement methods to guarantee that guests have a great experience that exceeds guest satisfaction expectations
  • Collaborate with front office and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel's inner workings, including room rates, rooms operations, hotel policies, availability, and profitability strategies
  • Conduct revenue management audits for all department budgets, including purchase journals, expenditures, capital requests, labor, and present reports to general manager
  • Incorporate guest satisfaction into staff meetings, with a focus on coming up with new methods to enhance performance over time
  • Coordinate with human resources to interview, hire, and train hotel operations staff to ensure that all departments run well

Front Office Manager Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a full-service hotel
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or hotel management role
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
