Cape Cod's only Double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for kitchen stewards to assist its various restaurants and banquets. This position will clean, transport, and store all china, glass, flatware, and cookware used in our food and beverage outlets. This role plays an integral part in the successful operation of our restaurants and catered affairs.

The Steward's Responsibilities Include

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen area and equipment
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all dishware, flatware, glassware, and tableware
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all cookware and culinary utensils.
• Ensuring restaurant and banquet kitchens are adequately stocked with supplies
  
  

Previous stewarding experience is preferred; training will be provided.
