IT Logistics Warehouse Lead

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Logistics Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and asset management processes. In this role, you will ensure adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs), serve as the primary point of escalation for process or operational queries, and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all provisioning and inventory tasks.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive team accountability while supporting urgent customer requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead adherence to global SOPs and drive process standardization across the team
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and operational queries
• Manage timecard submissions and attendance tracking for all asset technicians under your supervision
• Diagnose and recommend cosmetic or operating system (OS) repairs when needed
• Troubleshoot internal systems and provide daily problem-solving support
• Oversee provisioning timelines and ensure partner SLAs and quality standards are met
• Deliver daily performance and productivity reports to management
• Support inbound shipments, including receiving, processing, and staging of IT assets
• Travel to local client sites to fulfill urgent hardware or service requests
• Conduct and oversee monthly cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure complete data accuracy and asset record integrity at all times
• Promote a positive, high-performance work environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
  
  
  

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong technical aptitude with interest in device repair and diagnostics
• Proven time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and pivot quickly
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach to service delivery
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative under minimal supervision
• Willingness to support logistics operations, including inventory management and asset handling

Pay Range

$66,000—$70,000 USD
