UP TO $1000 BONUS dependent on attendance that is paid at the end of 90 days.
Attendance Bi-Weekly Incentive up to $3 per worked hours to a maximum of $240.
Job Function
Perform basic to complex manufacturing equipment repair, routine maintenance, and facility services with minimal supervision
Primary Job Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance of all production equipment including forklifts and tow-trucks.
o Production equipment to include but not limited to CNC machine tools, manual machine tools, power tools, had tools, saws, presses, lifting devices, overhead cranes, bag houses, filtration systems, and hydraulic and compressed air systems.
o Perform schedule and unplanned maintenance of facility buildings and grounds, including but not limited to HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, plumbing and sewer, lighting, gates, fencing, and general building/office equipment.
o Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.
o Perform daily maintenance tasks
o Record and track parts/materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary
o Punctual and regular attendance
o Abide by company policies
o Part of the Safety team and responsible for addressing issues as appropriate
o Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures
o In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required
Occasional Job Responsibilities
o Pick-up and delivery of maintenance repair and project parts; including coordination of ordered materials and logistics of payment
o Other duties as assigned
Education, Certifications, Licenses
o Valid driver's license
o Ability to work in the United States - no sponsorship provided
2-3 tears of experience in production maintenance
Prefer a two-year degree or certificate in industrial maintenance and/or equivalent work experience
