We are looking for a Dedicated Operations Manager to join our Dedicated Operations team. The Dedicated Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that safety, customer, non-driver associates, and driver goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of relevant transportation operation experience.
- Intermediate understanding of financials and reporting.
- Basic data entry skills accuracy important.
- Intermediate dispatch experience.
- Occasional travel in job as required.
- Ability to meet work processes deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and accept responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends as needed.
