Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Game Lounge Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for guests of all ages. You will assist in managing the game lounge, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience while participating in various gaming activities. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to the success of our lounge.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about available games and activities.
- Facilitate gaming sessions, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely used.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor game areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game lounge, including food service areas if applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when managing guest payments or purchases.
- Engage with guests through public speaking during events or announcements, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and inclusive environment for all visitors.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a combination of the following skills:
- Experience in guest services or customer service roles, with a focus on creating enjoyable experiences for patrons.
- Background in food service or hospitality is preferred, enhancing the ability to manage food-related tasks within the lounge.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques to effectively address any disputes among guests.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus, as our game lounge caters to families and younger audiences.
- Skills in theater or public speaking can enhance guest interactions during events and activities.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions smoothly.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
