Job Specification:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team. The Hospital Liaison plays a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between our hospital and external healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients. Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external healthcare providers referring patients to our nursing homes.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Coordinate patient transfers and admissions to our nursing homes, ensuring a smooth transition of care
- Educate external stakeholders about our services, specialties, and admission criteria
- Conduct outreach activities to promote our programs and services to the community
- Gather and analyze data on referral patterns, patient demographics, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal departments to address patient needs and concerns
Hospital Liaison Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- With experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
