Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) Responsibilities You'll Love :

  • Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, making care adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of all care provided.
  • Handle patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
