Position Overview:
The Clinical Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our clinical office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the clinical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient experience.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, including billing and insurance processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and oversee data management systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and coordinate services.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and office procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.

Pay: $50,470.00 - $54,681.00 per year
