**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Ensure all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction management software (Structure Studios) and tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
**Compensation:**
$75,000 Annually plus performance bonus and Company Vehicle
