Join the EPIC Team: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Home-based (Telework Essential) Compensation: Starting at $100,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (some weekends and extended hours may be required)
Field Work & Travel: 50% Field work, 40% Travel

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can help lead and develop our programs as we grow and evolve. Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Support EPIC leaders overseeing program services and quality enhancement, ensuring the seamless execution of programs. Organize team meetings and encourage opportunities for professional growth.
• Strategic Planning & Management: Work with the CEO to drive the organization’s strategy, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
• Collaboration & Team Management: Cultivate a team-oriented atmosphere that promotes collaboration, while supporting employee success through mentorship and coaching.
• Program Development: Oversee program development and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Evaluate financial statements, monitor budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources. • Field Work & Travel: Engage in field activities and travel as necessary to ensure successful program implementation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10 years of experience in a nonprofit setting, with 5 years working with persons with developmental disabilities
• In-depth knowledge of DDA and CMS HCBS Final Rule
• Proven track record of leadership, team management, and strategic planning
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
• Must be comfortable with technology and capable of using Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC’s data systems Why EPIC?
