*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate Bridal Consultant to join our team and assist brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding attire. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the bridal gown selection process. *Responsibilities* - Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories - Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase gown features - Utilize strong sales skills to upsell accessories and additional items - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions - Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Ensure the bridal boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing *Requirements* - Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry - Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products - Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for transactions - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients - Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus Join our team as a Bridal Consultant and be part of making every bride's dream come true!
