Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and providing support to assist assigned Executives. This position will be onsite based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office.

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Department Support
- Provides support to Executives in attaining company objectives.
- Makes travel arrangements and expense reports; provides first review and approval of expense reports before executive approval.
- Maintains files.
- Schedules and assists in the logistics of events and meetings and participates as required.
- Creates regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations.
- Provides support for Travel Management including administration of SAP Concur and Travel Management Companies.
- Point of contact for Travel Management partners and vendors.
- Administers and distributes sports tickets.
- Administers Monthly Employee meetings, communication and follow up.
- At least 5 years of related experience working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2-year program).

Salary : $70,952 - $97,560
