We are looking for a high-energy, collaborative, and curious individual to fulfill the role of Product Launch & Process Improvement Project Manager. This is a highly visible position that will plan, coordinate, and execute projects across key functional areas.
This position will be based out of Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with a hybrid schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.

What You’ll Do
Product Launch
This role is critical to the launch of Epson’s broad range of new products! You will actively collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches including product, channel, and service readiness. You need to be a skilled facilitator, highly organized, and great with details. You also need to build strong relationships everywhere and at all levels of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead regular status meetings with the launch team
- Promote collaborative decision-making, provide direction, and establish a sense of urgency in the team
- Gain a strong understanding of key processes and the dependencies
- Follow up to ensure the launches stay on track and manage risks
- Maintain clear and organized records
- Utilize project management best practices, tools, and approaches
Process Improvement
Epson is focused on developing internal capabilities to support growth in new areas. You will be on the leading edge of this transformation, coaching leaders and employees across the organization on process improvement tools and approaches. This team leads cross-functional projects with high impact and visibility. You need a natural curiosity to learn all aspects of the company, a process-oriented mindset, and great coaching skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance training materials, tools, and activities to support Epson’s overall process improvement initiative
- Conduct general and targeted training sessions
- Advise and lead teams on the use of Epson’s continuous improvement tools and approaches to solve key business challenges
- Focus on problem identification, root cause analysis, and practical actions to solve problems
Experience:
- 10-15 years work experience
- 3 years in project or program management with demonstrated success managing many projects simultaneously
- 3 years experience driving and facilitating Lean/ Six Sigma process improvements cross-functionally
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management certifications a plus
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $125,756 and $172,915. Please note that this position salary range includes multiple levels. The actual level and base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
