Your Role as a CNA
As a Certified Nurse Aide at Epworth Villa, you'll make a difference by providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care like bathing, grooming, and nourishment
- Answering call lights to ensure residents feel comfortable and secure
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions
- Helping with dining room service and household tasks
- Following personalized care plans and documenting activities
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CNA certification in Oklahoma
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association)
