Your Impact as a CNA:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care that makes a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nourishment
- Supporting household tasks to create a comfortable environment for residents
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the charge nurse
- Serving meals in a courteous and gracious manner
- Answering call lights to ensure residents feel safe and cared for
- Maintaining required certifications, including CNA, CPR, and First Aid
