What you will do:
Optimize D&A KPIs:
- Continuously improve and optimize KPI and revenue reporting across all BUs and GEOs, including the development of dashboards and automation of reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for impactful business improvements by analyzing KPI trends and collaborating with BUs and GEOs to develop and execute action plans.
- Create and communicate standardized definitions and methodologies for KPI tracking.
- Analyze and report on the impact of D&A KPIs on key business metrics, demonstrating quantifiable results.
- Support the orchestration and execution of D&A executive meetings, board meetings, and Town Halls.
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations, including preparation of materials and reports for executive meetings, that communicate D&A’s value and impact to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, strategic customers, and the Equifax Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement impactful communication strategies and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across BUs and GEOs to share D&A progress and areas for improvement across the organization, driving operational efficiency and adoption of best practices.
- Standardize and optimize reporting processes for D&A performance, including key results and strategic initiatives, and provide support for ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests, ensuring clear and consistent communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and report on the progress of key initiatives outlined in the Strategy Playbook.
- Help develop, refine, and improve the operating model for the Global D&A organization.
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Partner and interact with D&A leaders and corporate teams on a regular cadence to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
- 7 years of related work experience.
- Comfort with developing compelling presentations to senior executives, including c-suite.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing operational processes and reporting systems.
- Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working for a top management consulting firm, with a proven track record of (a) leading operations projects while working across multiple stakeholder groups and (b) developing and deploying data-driven operational strategies.
- Industry experience in Financial Services (can be within consulting at a financial services client).
- High energy, with strong will and ambition to learn and work on new things.
