We’re hiring a Director of Sanitation and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As the Director of Sanitation you will lead and manage sanitation operations across multiple service regions. This role is responsible for overseeing the cleaning, servicing, and readiness of all field-deployed assets—such as portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and holding tanks. • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, serviced, and deployed according to company standards and health regulations.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, and service routes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers, sales teams, and field personnel in sanitation best practices
  • Manage and analyze the regional P&L for the Sanitation division, identifying areas for improvement, driving profitability, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulatory standards relating to trench safety and excavation support systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders
  • Provide input into pricing strategy, capital equipment planning, and resource allocation
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape
