Outside Sales Representative
(Roofing)
Job Description
Outside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining good
relationships with customers. They must be success focused, high performing and results
driven to contribute towards company culture.
Responsibilities
- Deals directly with potential and existing clients face-to-face (while adhering to
safety focused requirements) away from the office / at clients’ homes or businesses
- Prepares presentations and sales material for their meetings with clients
- Reports sales results and prospecting activity to management
- Performs roof inspections

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
- Strong Sales Skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word)

- Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Experience
- Past experience in Outside Sales (Strongly Preferred)
- Past experience in Roofing Sales / Construction Sales (Strongly Preferred)
- Proven Successful Sales History (Previous profession does not need to be in the

Requirements
- Able to lift and manipulate independently a ladder weighing approximately 50
pounds
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and able to drive company a vehicle
- Able to safely utilize a ladder, climb onto a roof, inspect the roof and exit the roof
from a ladder
Compensation
Full Time
$40,000 – Salary (FLSA Exempt) Company Truck (possible) Very Competitive

Training and Other Considerations
Limited training will be provided as the expected level of knowledge and experience will
need to meet proficiency requirements.
Number of potential positions - ( 2 )
The expected hiring / start date, should a qualified candidate be found and selected, will
likely be 10/19/2024 or before.
