Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing initiatives of our firm, including those related to investment management, and its affiliated real estate development and property management groups. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms and affiliated companies.
· Digital Marketing: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
· Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content that supports brand positioning and business objectives, including brochures, presentations, reports, press releases, and web content.
· Marketing Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including investment management, property management, and development teams—to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
· Agency & Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with external marketing partners, including designers, developers, media buyers, and PR firms.
· Event Marketing: Plan and support company events, conferences, property launches, and other promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, investment management, or related industries.
- Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing strategy.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, while executing with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate developers, brokers, or agencies.
- Graphic design or video editing skills a plus.
