Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center. Is responsible for the bed assignment for all hospital patients and the proper notification to payers.

Face to face interaction with the public, obtaining personal information and identification as required for accomplishing the registration process. Must be able to work well in a group atmosphere that is often in close quarters.

REQUIREMENTS
- Required High School Diploma Must be at least 18 years old to witness patient/guarantor signatures.
- Less than 2 years Detail oriented, able to follow specific routines and processes as taught. Multi-tasked, Ability to prioritize as circumstances dictate/change on the spot. Previous customer service experience. Medical terminology preferred. Required
