What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Technician position at ER2?
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for someone who loves computers and electronics, and who wants to be a part of a fun, hard working team! Our Order Fulfillment Technician team members are responsible for identifying, evaluating, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing desktops & laptops while completing incoming orders.
Schedule: This is a full-time position M-F 8am-5pm.
Supervision: This position reports to the Fulfillment Team Lead
Compensation: $17.50/Hourly

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Process orders promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to complete equipment testing and support timely order delivery
- Conduct standardized testing on unprocessed equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts and retest devices
- Prioritize direct shipping orders, including cleaning and vinyl application
- Utilize packaging equipment to create boxes and palletize products
- Fulfill customer-specific orders while minimizing defects
- Maintain focus on exceeding customer expectations and work quality
- Perform quality checks throughout the fulfillment process
- Support and train team members as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and communicate with Team Leaders
- Identify and address issues or obstacles faced by the team
- Maintain professional communication across various platforms
- Perform daily 3S (sort, sweep, standardize) tasks to keep the department clean
THE VITALS:
- 1-2 yrs computer repair experience preferred
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Be able to work with little to no supervision
- Be dependable
- Have great attention to detail
- Have a desire to work in an ever-changing environment
- Willingness and capability to flex and work in other departments when needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50 lbs
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day
- The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with some temperature fluctuations, moderate noise, and a fast-paced, busy atmosphere.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to speak/read English fluently
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- The ability to pass a drug test
- The ability to pass a background screening with no prior convictions related to theft or cybercriminal activity in the past 7 years
