Discover the Role:

In this role, you'll never have to make cold calls. You'll exclusively engage with individuals who've reached out to us, expressing interest in our home improvement services. Our focus here is on making memorable, positive first impressions over the phone. We believe that having a dynamic and adaptable communication style is crucial for success. While prior sales experience is preferred, it's not a strict requirement.

Qualifications That Match Your Expertise:

• Shift: Work the 2nd shift, Friday - Monday 10AM - 9PM.
• Work Ethic: We value a strong work ethic and a high sense of accountability.
• Experience and Persuasion: Having prior sales experience or a background in a role where phone communication was your primary task is beneficial. Your conversational skills should be persuasive and motivational.
• Professionalism and Integrity: We hold professionalism and integrity in high regard.
• Tech-Savvy and Multitasking: Strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once are essential for this role.
• Team Player: We're looking for candidates with a team-oriented disposition.
• Office Location: This is not a remote position. Our office is based in Toledo, OH.
