Sales Manger in Training for Erie Home, you will have the opportunity to earn $125,000 in your first year while helping others improve their homes and lives within the community.
Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve efficiency of the sales team through training, concise feedback, and leadership
- Conduct sales meetings and trainings with or in the absence of the Sales Manager
- Mentorship and collaboration with supportive departments of Marketing and Installation
- Deliver an interactive sales presentation on our unique product line to homeowners
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate individual sales performance and goals

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum Sales experience
- 2 years minimum Management/Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Excellent communication, listening skills and action plan follow through
