Position: House Cleaning Technician (W2 Employee)

First Week Paid Training: $17 per hour
Start strong with hands-on experience! In your first week or two at Erika’s Housecleaning LLC, you’ll receive paid training at $17/hour to learn our standards and feel confident in your new role.

Pay: Full-time employees are paid based on performance (after training), earning between $750 - $1000 weekly, plus tips.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for travel to job sites within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and twisting while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to work at various locations in and around Colorado Springs.

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Travel & Service Area:

We serve clients across Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. While we do not schedule same-day jobs that are far apart, your workday may include homes in any of the following zones:

• North: Up to the Monument area, around Baptist Road
• South: As far as the Mesa Ridge Parkway area
• West: Including Old Colorado City and the Broadmoor area
• East: Up to the Meridian Ranch community

Team members must be willing and able to travel to job sites across these areas.

After approximately 6 months of consistent performance, we may consider optimizing your assigned route to be closer to your home or within a smaller portion of our full service area. This adjustment is based on reliability, performance quality, and seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning services, including maintenance, deep cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning, according to client needs.
• Use company-provided guidelines, procedures, and cleaning products to care for clients' properties and equipment safely.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance cleaning techniques, skills, and industry knowledge.

Part-Time Start for Full-Time Hires:

When we hire new cleaning technicians for full-time positions, they begin with a part-time schedule (typically 20–30 hours per week) during a 30–90 day transition period.

This allows new team members to gradually build experience, improve efficiency, and demonstrate reliability and readiness for the demands of a full-time role.

The length of this transition period is based on individual performance and improvement. Once successfully completed, technicians may move into a full-time schedule of 35–40 hours per week.
