THE GREAT PAY

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You'll work a steady schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
As our RV & Automotive Service Advisor, you are prepared to welcome customers, attentively listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide precise service estimates from the moment you arrive. You coordinate effectively with our skilled technicians, ensuring each vehicle is serviced with the highest level of care. Communication is paramount, and you excel in keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism. You meticulously document customer interactions throughout the day and promote additional services and maintenance plans to enhance vehicle performance. Your attention to detail ensures that records are accurate and customers are satisfied. You take pride in maintaining an organized and efficient service area while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Current Service Advisor industry training and certification
Shop-Ware or equivalent operating and management system software experience is a plus!
