Service Technician Farm and CP Equipment

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and support.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as assigned.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
• Document all service activities accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on the job location.
