• Organize and oversee the complete contract scope of work for a variety of projects from the planning stage to the punch list
• Manage field operations to include scheduling personnel, material, equipment, and sub-contractors. Plan and implement all operations to ensure that deadlines will be met
• Manage all project costs in order to meet or exceed budgets and submit monthly costs to complete projections
• Manage all financial aspects of the contracts (progress billings, income & expenses, WIP projections, budgets, change orders) to protect the company's interest
• Identify potential change orders including changes in scope or changes in field conditions. Submit timely cost estimates for change orders and oversee the change order life cycle from approval to completion
• Develop, build and maintain effective project teams. Implement processes to increase efficiency
• Manage Subcontractor and Vendor contracts & coordinate all aspects of subcontracted scopes of work
• Oversee Safety Policies and Procedures. Identify potentially hazardous conditions and mitigate risk
• Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and cost to complete

• BSEE or Construction Management Degree strongly preferred
• Project Management Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Electrical: 10 years (Preferred)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs.
• Ability to prepare construction schedules
• Prior knowledge and/or ability to learn and understand the estimating process
• Exposure to Accubid, Bluebeam, and other Trimble products is a plus
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills required
