ESC is seeking a full time Systems Developer to work on a contract located in Albany, NY. This role will be partially remote and is supporting the NYS Higher Educations Services Corporation. Requested Qualifications : 7 years Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop / maintain applications in C# and / or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment. 7 years Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 7 years Experience with Oracle : Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., 7 years Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP / Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and / or an Enterprise Service Bus. Experience in designing & implementing micro services. 7 years Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 7 years Experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements. 3 years Experience in designing & implementing CI / CD workflows. 3 years Experience maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation.
