We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts and ensuring the recovery of outstanding debts while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential recovery opportunities.
• Analyze account information to develop tailored recovery strategies.
• Handle cash transactions securely and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide multilingual support as needed, assisting customers in their preferred language.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with office software and tools for effective task management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and develop appropriate solutions.
