We're looking for Senior Data Engineer (Optimization) to work on the NextGen connectivity
platform across platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build an ambitious future

What You'll Do
➢ The primary objective of the Senior Data Engineer position is to mentor and manage the
development, implementation, and optimization of data infrastructure and architecture.
➢ Ensuring the efficient and effective handling of large datasets and supporting advanced
analytics initiatives.
➢ Data Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and
infrastructure.
➢ Database Management: Oversee the management and optimization of databases for
performance and reliability.
➢ ETL Processes: Develop and enhance Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for
seamless data integration.
➢ Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support business requirements and
analytics.
➢ Quality Assurance: Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy
and reliability.
➢ Optimization: Continuously optimize and enhance data systems for improved efficiency
and performance.
➢ Security: Implement and maintain data security measures and compliance standards.
➢ Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes
and systems.
➢ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineering team members.
What You'll Need
➢ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
➢ Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on scalable and
robust data solutions.
➢ Proficiency in data modeling and database design.
➢ Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
➢ Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
➢ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
➢ Familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
➢ Expertise in ETL tools and processes.
