- Dive into exciting realms such as virtual power plants, power electronics, microgrids, energy management, distributed energy resources, and grid-scale energy storage.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and hardware teams to define new features, develop control strategies, and craft algorithms that drive innovation.
- Take the lead in crafting electric power utility, microgrid, and smart grid analysis models, contributing to the development of decision support tools that enhance installation and facility resilience. Address diverse challenges and opportunities, from critical energy infrastructure to renewable energy, battery storage, fuel cells, microgrids, and black start exercises.

Primary Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems Engineering or other applicable disciplines.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in design and development of control systems in relevant energy project areas.
- Experience in Power Generation control systems, SCADA and RTU system design such as solar, BESS, hybrid microgrid projects control system and monitoring solution design and development.
- Strong technical writing and oral presentations skills.
- The ability to conduct research and development of new technologies. The ability to identify and sharpen ill-defined customer needs based on the customer’s stated mission, authorities, and capabilities.
