Job Description:

Education Qualifications:
As an LPN, you will provide nursing care to patients defined by the unit’s scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, you will collaborate with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s individualized needs.
This position will work the 3PM - 11PM shift.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
- In accordance with Minnesota Rules 9530.6450 Subpart 1-B; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as: Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements. Chemical use that has a negative impact on the staff member's job performance; Chemical use that affects the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.
