Essex Westford School District (EWSD) has an opportunity for a Helpdesk Technical Assistant to join our invaluable technology department. The Helpdesk provides a key first step for our users and provides you with a chance to engage in a broad variety of learning skills to quickly resolve computer issues. You'll be trained by a top-notch group and become one of the teams that supports many aspects of our technology program.

Pay: $22.55 Based on Experience
Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Must hold or be eligible to hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience with telephone and email communication around the concept of a Helpdesk is preferred
- Able to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems to make reasonable decisions
- Able to promote and/or contribute to a positive, friendly, respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment/culture.
- Proficient with Google Suite for Education, some Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn a variety of system interfaces related to education environments, i.e. Powerschool, IncidentIQ, etc.
- Some computer repair maintenance skills or knowledge (hardware) are desirable.
