Cashier, Customer Service
Your primary role will be to run cash register, stock, clean, maintain healthy relationship with team. All Estepp employees will maintain the Estepp standard for a friendly guest experience. Individuals in this role should have good customer service skills, as they frequently deal with a wide variety of customers over the course of their shifts.
Your Manager and/or supervisor reserves the right to add to, or take away from, the responsibilities within your daily routine, depending on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Maintaining a convenience store is more work than it may appear. It takes everyone working as a team to ensure that the customer’s needs are met and that measures are in place to grow the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning. The inside and outside of the store must maintain a clean and welcoming appearance. Cleaning restrooms, retail & food areas, and the parking lot are all part of the job duties.
- Inventory stocking/organizing, especially in coolers and beer caves. Product rotation and organizing.
- Outdoor Detail. There may be things that need your attention outside of the store, even during inclement weather; which may include rain, snow, and hot weather.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
