Join our expanding telecommunications team as a Brand Sales Representative. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who’s passionate about brand building, sales, and marketing to strengthen relationships with our clients and drive growth. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience, providing exceptional service, and driving sales of our fiber products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, embodying the brand while addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present, promote, and market fiber products and services to customers, ensuring they understand how our offerings meet their specific needs. Highlight special offers and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and continuously improving their experience with the brand.
- Monitor, track, and report on sales performance, ensuring that all customer interactions and transactions are logged accurately and aligned with sales targets.
- Proactively seek out, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and drive brand growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest in fiber technology, market trends, and competitors. Attend training and seminars to enhance knowledge and sales techniques, contributing to the overall brand success.

- Proven track record of closing deals, meeting sales targets, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

- Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts, track sales progress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to leverage marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous sales experience, especially in telecommunications or with fiber-related products, is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and highly customer-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed expectations and contribute to brand growth.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,600.00 per week
