Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Experience with various product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid.
Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Prepare an estimated timeline based on the project scope.
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
Taking initiative and able to work independently. Highly Motivated.
Pharma/ Pharma Data experience is a plus
Team Management:
Managing cross matrix teams for the execution of projects.
Evaluate project performance.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Oversee day-to-day project activities.
Communicate both internally and externally.
Assess risks and involve the stakeholders early if any roadblocks.
Project Closure:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate project closure.
Review, assess current inventory of standard procedure documents and drive updates
Create a consolidated project/initiatives road map with upcoming projects and milestones across all areas of PDG - MDM, CPM, IDW/ODS and Governance.
SharePoint - Build a centralized PDG site to create a space for communication, post metric reports and make key documents available for business users and stakeholders
Explore and build a demand in-take form (ex: DNEXUS) for PDG Team and create process and approval flows including documentation
Documentation
Any approvals/confirmation that are handled manually through emails and informal channels
Onboarding documentation (PDG team focused) and overview (internal) – include stakeholders and system overview in the documentation
Consent Guide - Documentation around various types of consent and its collection mechanism and use.
Handle weekly status meeting on Standard and Ad hoc projects , monitoring milestones, highlight risk, maintain RISK log, communicate alerts
Prepare monthly communication newsletter for business and share with leadership and stakeholders
Additional action items from our workshop with Deloitte (ex: Building training docs)
Skills:
Pharmaceutical experience:
Knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes in IT and data governance required.
Project management lead in pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data, including, but not limited to: Client, Veeva Compass, & Symphony a plus.
Strategic initiatives:
Ability to work autonomously and seek advice when necessary.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and proficiency in influencing without authority.
Capability of managing multiple workstreams in high-pressure settings.
Manage and guide teams toward project goals.
Communication:
Ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of management.
Strong communication skills for conveying clear messages to different teams.
Negotiation: Navigate conflicts, reach agreements, and find win-win solution.
Risk Management: Monitor the project timelines and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
