ESR is on the hunt for an organized, thoughtful, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in bringing marketing to life across our restaurants, helping turn ideas into campaigns that actually launch, land, and perform.


You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing and creative partners to keep campaigns moving across email, digital, social, web, and in-restaurant channels. If you love building smart plans, bringing creative ideas to the table, and making sure great work gets done well and on time, this role is for you.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN


CRM & Email Marketing

  • Build, schedule, and deploy marketing emails across multiple restaurant brands
  • Manage email calendars, lists, segmentation, suppression logic, and QA
  • Coordinate lifecycle and promotional sends in partnership with marketing leadership
  • Track and report on email performance including open rates, clicks, and reservations driven


Campaign & Calendar Management

  • Maintain the master marketing calendar across all restaurant brands
  • Coordinate timelines for promotions, events, holidays, LTOs, and community initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time with the correct assets, links, and messaging
  • Partner with operations and restaurant teams to align marketing with in-restaurant execution
  • Coordinate digital, social, web, and in-store marketing efforts tied to campaigns


Website, Listings & Digital Presence Support

  • Coordinate updates to restaurant websites, landing pages, and event information
  • Support accuracy and consistency across local listings and digital profiles
  • Partner with external vendors or internal teams on basic SEO or site updates as needed


Event, Community & Partnership Execution

  • Support the execution of community nights, special events, and local partnerships
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and promotion in collaboration with operations and partners
  • Assist with on-site marketing needs tied to events or activations


Paid Media Support (Google & Paid Social)

  • Support paid search and paid social campaigns in collaboration with external partners
  • Coordinate creative assets, copy, landing pages, and campaign timelines
  • Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and QA (links, dates, targeting parameters)
  • Pull and summarize basic performance reports to support optimization discussions


Market & Guest Insights

  • Assist with basic audience and competitive research
  • Monitor trends, promotions, and activity in the local restaurant landscape
  • Share insights with marketing leadership to inform future campaigns and timing


This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting work out into the world. Creative thinking and ideas are always welcome, especially when they help us move smarter or with more impact. This role is a great fit for someone who likes clear direction, high standards, and the satisfaction of seeing their work come to life across multiple brands.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a multi-location brand 
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email/CRM, digital, social, and in-store channels 
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and brands at once, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic segmentation.
  • Exposure to paid search and paid social, with experience supporting campaigns alongside internal teams or external agencies.
  • Comfortable coordinating with creative teams, vendors, and operations. 
  • A clear communicator who enjoys turning plans into finished work
