Graphics and Marketing Specialist

The Graphics and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality graphic design, marketing, and digital communication materials that support corporate branding, business development, and strategic communications initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent brand application, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting corporate and customer-facing communications across multiple platforms.

This position requires a blend of creative design expertise, marketing acumen, and technical proficiency to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned materials that support corporate objectives, proposal efforts, and external communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Communications

• Provide professional graphic design and layout solutions for company materials, including illustrations, image editing, font management, and advanced pre-publication techniques.
• Develop and integrate graphics with text, audio, and video to support interactive and multimedia, high-visibility finished intelligence (FINTEL) and corporate products.
• Create visually compelling designs for brochures, capability statements, presentations, newsletters, reports, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate branding standards across all platforms, materials, and messaging.

Marketing & Digital Engagement

• Support corporate communications, branding initiatives, digital marketing, and business development enablement efforts.
• Contribute to marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and market visibility.
• Develop and design content for social media and digital platforms, including LinkedIn and other approved channels.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

Content Development & Website Support

• Create and edit corporate communications, newsletters, press releases, and marketing content.
• Maintain and update website content related to company news, events, awards, and corporate announcements.
• Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with corporate voice and brand standards.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate concepts into effective graphic and layout solutions.
• Support the enhancement of analytic narratives and assessments through visual design and layout.
• Track, analyze, and report monthly marketing metrics and performance insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a closely related field required. An additional 4 years of relevant experience (for a total of 12 years in the specific labor category) may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience relevant to graphic design and marketing, with at least 4 years of experience within the last 2 years in the specific labor category.
• Demonstrated experience supporting corporate communications, branding, digital marketing, and multimedia content development.
• Proficiency in professional graphic design and multimedia software, including:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Bridge)
• Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience integrating graphics with multimedia content (text, audio, video).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government contracting, intelligence, or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with branding standards and proposal-related design support.
• Experience tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics.
