What You'll Do:- Build and manage relationships with financial advisors across multiple channels
- Educate advisors on Quartz’s investment strategies and value proposition
- Collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth
- Manage outreach, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Be a core part of a lean, focused, and energized team
- 2 years in asset management sales, wholesaling, or advisor-facing roles
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to build trust
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and responsive
- Series 65 or 66
- Fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm with real momentum
- Advisor-first platform offering clean, modern investment solutions
