Regional Finance Director

Eton Bridge Partners have been retained by a global engineering and infrastructure solutions provider to appoint a Regional Finance Leader, Americas, within one of their subsidiary businesses. This role, reporting into the Regional VP Americas and with a matrix line to the Global CFO, will provide critical financial leadership across the region and is a key hire to support the company’s ambitious growth agenda.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy, strengthening controls, implementing global systems, and building a high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will also work closely with senior operational leadership to enhance project financial oversight, drive cost discipline, and ensure cash flow visibility.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead all aspects of financial management for the Americas region, including P&L ownership, balance sheet oversight, and cash flow management.
• Provide financial support to strategic regional growth initiatives.
• Implement global finance processes locally, including ERP roll-out, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
• Build and lead a regional finance team, with a strong focus on team development, succession planning, and capability building.
• Manage all financial reporting and compliance matters, including tax, statutory accounts, and adherence to IFRS.
• Oversee project finance and controllership, including POC accounting, cash flow management, and project performance monitoring.
• Manage banking relationships and local financing in coordination with the central treasury function.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in project-driven businesses such as engineering, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience leading finance in mid-sized organizations undergoing transformation or post-merger integration.
• Strong background in project accounting (including POC), cash flow management, and financial operations.
• Experience implementing ERP systems and driving digital finance transformation.
• A strong character with the resilience to work in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exposure to multinational operations, ideally with multi-currency and LatAm experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with consolidation and group reporting processes.
• Proven ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
• Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Tampa, Florida or Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Salary: up to $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
