Associate Dentist

Full-Time General Dentist Needed Immediately in Philadelphia, PA!!

Our non-profit organization (“FQHC”), located in the heart of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced dentist who is open to working will all types of patients, adults and pediatrics. Fully equipped with some of the most modern technology general dentistry has to offer, the incoming associate will have all the tools necessary to execute effectively and efficiently.

An incoming associate will come into a clinic with an established patient base, seeing up to 12 patients per day. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, broad spectrum “bread and butter” general dentistry. Those hired should be comfortable with treatment planning and be able to execute efficiently. Most patients at this clinic truly value all of the care they receive so we are looking for someone who has a high patient and community standard.

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-3 years of experience: $115,000 – $125,000/year
• 4-7 years of experience: $130,000 – $140,000/year
• 8-10 years of experience: $145,000 – $150,000/year
• Full Range Health and Dental Insurance
• Bonus Program – Up to an additional $2,000/month
• YMCA membership applicable for all 15 locations in Philadelphia

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (8:30-5:00)
• Saturday & Sunday – OFF

Requirements: Must have an eligible D.M.D or D.D.S license in PA and 2 years of Clinical Experience
