Summarized Responsibilities

• Use, amend and create recruiting and marketing voicemail scripts as one means of targeting candidates and hiring authorities on behalf of our Account Executives
• Execute approximately 100 marketing calls on scheduled days, while professionally adhering to quality and quantity goals
• Source and target highly qualified candidates and hiring authorities using a multitude of techniques, while proficiently entering data into ATS system
• Sharing of best practices and opportunity areas with our Recruiter Support Team and Manager
• Identify task solutions and ways to augment job performance
• Ability to demonstrate key projects to new team members

• Minimum BA/BS or equivalent
• Excellent phone presence coupled with strong listening and follow-through strengths/hunter’s mentality
• Mature work ethic & skills to include discipline, planning, math, grammar, writing and proofing
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures well
• Target, metric, and results-driven; capable of working well under pressure
• Microsoft office & tech-savvy, professional social media, internet searching and extracting abilities
• Motivated, organized, professional
• Must seek long-term career opportunity in Roanoke
• If needed, ability to successfully work from home with own Windows 10 PC or MAC & high-speed internet
