Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to work overnight. Acknowledge and greet customers who approach the front desk or hotel lobby; give clear directions to guests; complete required paperwork for various front desk transactions and input information in the computer; process cash transactions and input information in the computer; process credit card transactions; check guest in and out of hotel; follow departmental policies and procedures; conduct telephone transactions; record and input wake-up call requests.

Required Experience
Six (6) months previous cash handling experience preferred.
