Fulltime: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Mon – Fri

Pay rate: $70-100k,  based on skills and experience.

Location:  Miami, FL

Traveling within FL, 90% of the time

Department:  Sales

Summary:

Euro-Wall is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Architectural Sales Representative to expand our market presence along Florida’s east coast, particularly in the southeast region. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders to promote Euro-Wall’s premium door and window solutions. The ideal candidate has a background in architectural sales, a thorough understanding of the construction process, and a passion for innovative building solutions. Although focused on southeast Florida, this role may involve statewide travel to support larger project opportunities.

 

What you will do:

  • Market Expansion & Relationship Building
    • Identify, target, and engage with architects, designers, builders, and other key stakeholders to specify Euro-Wall products in new construction and renovation projects.
    • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architectural firms and industry professionals throughout the southeast Florida market.
    • Represent Euro-Wall at local and regional industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Project Management & Specification Support
    • Support architectural clients through the specification process by providing product information, design assistance, and technical expertise.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project alignment, from initial specification to final product installation, across local and statewide projects.
    • Act as a liaison between architects, contractors, dealers and the Euro-Wall project team to ensure timely and accurate information flow and project success.
    • Building relationships and credibility for Euro-Wall products by presenting CEUs to Architects. Euro-Wall CEU courses provide valuable knowledge on current trends, building codes, sustainability practices, and innovative solutions. 
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory, focusing on both immediate and long-term growth opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by actively engaging new clients and expanding current client accounts.
    • Prepare regular reports, and updates to share with management, and adjust strategies as market dynamics evolve.
  • Product Expertise & Training
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Euro-Wall’s product lines and industry standards to effectively position the benefits and unique features of our offerings.
    • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for architectural and design clients to increase brand awareness and product familiarity.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices to continually refine and improve the sales approach.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales in architecture or building materials industry, with a focus on high-end doors, windows, or related products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network among architects, designers, and builders in Florida.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to adapt to varied client needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, with flexibility for statewide travel as project needs require.
