Job Description
- Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers
- Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers
- Handle the sample flow process including the removal of shipping containers, dry ice, and coolers from the work area and receiving dock
- Answer the departmental doorbell
- Assist in the discard of completed samples
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Ability to work from a standing position for extended amounts of time
- Ability to maneuver a cart weighing up to 75lbs
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning
- Sense of urgency in rush situations
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship
