What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at European Wax Center - CARROLLWOOD?
We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking, candidates who are ready to put their customer service and sales skills to work! This is an hourly PLUS commission and bonus position with unlimited earning potential!
We are open 7 days a week and offer day, night and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
- Preferred availability: open to mix of morning and evening shifts. Must be available to work Sundays.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals by consistently education guest on our wax package options
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude - be a cheerleader!
- Ensure each guest receives the Ultimate Guest Experience - that's why guests love us!
- A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC.
- Ongoing cleaning, restocking and organization of the center - we are known for our cleanliness!
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be upbeat, energetic and excited to educate our guests! It's all about the personality and excitement to be talking to guests about waxing and all the benefits.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while remembering we are in the beauty industry and looking FAB is so important!
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Able to work in a FUN, high volume, fast paced environment
