The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Lead Dishwashers to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Lead Dishwasher, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company’s GreenPath, GuestPath Universal Service Standards, and Operational Standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise dishwashers and coordinate breaks.
- Train new and existing associates.
- Handle disciplinary matters.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of chinaware, glassware, and silverware to different locations.
- Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed.
- Respond to all requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain coolers, freezers in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward.
- Keep work area and equipment neat and clean all the time.
- Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Dishwashing experience needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds.
- Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift.
- Dish room kitchen environment, the noise level may be moderate to high.
- Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
- Exposed to fumes from cooking or steam for dish machines or equipment.
