Responsibilities:
- Facilitating standard ceremonies
- Facilitating estimation, forecasting, and planning for projects
- Cross team collaboration with other teams and other scrum masters to manage dependencies
- Provide coaching and training to the team in agile practices
- Manage and maintain the team’s story card wall (both digital and physical)
- Looking for 4-5 years of experience as a scrum master
- 2-3 years in ecomm environment working on OMS, Retail or Supply chain projects
- Experience managing Digital/Mobile projects
- Excellent team building skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
